Facility Technician M/F

Role overview

This is a regular full-time position within the Facilities & Real Estate support function. The role is based in Singapore and focuses on keeping warehouses, offices, and buildings operating smoothly through day-to-day maintenance and technical support.

What you will do

• Deliver first-line technical assistance for internal repair requests and oversee maintenance activities across warehouse, office, and building facilities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for repair and maintenance jobs.
• Respond quickly and effectively to issues raised by internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Carry out troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and related building systems across all sites.
• Handle building alteration and addition works, and where needed, guide and train subcontractors on technical matters.
• Complete administrative tasks such as preparing reports, taking electricity meter readings, documenting information, and obtaining quotations for facility-related needs.
• Travel locally as required for the role.
• Remain reachable by mobile or another communication method during office hours, and at times outside office hours as needed.
• Follow the company’s Zero Safety Accident and Incident policy.

Working conditions

You must be able to operate under pressure and manage urgent requests from both internal and external customers whenever they arise.

Candidate profile

The role calls for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience, or more, in facility management, estate management, or a closely related technical field. Strong practical knowledge of cold room systems, mechanical and electrical work, and building maintenance is important. Experience in premises handover and takeover is also required.

Compensation

Monthly salary: 2800.

Education

Ordinary National Diploma (OND), HNC, HND, or an equivalent qualification.

Other details

This position is full-time and 100% dedicated to the role. It may involve domestic travel and occasional contact outside standard office hours.
