- Increase the stability and speed of existing reports by finding problems, refining data handling steps, and working with system owners to improve data upstream.
- Review trends and operational challenges to suggest better reporting methods, improved data structures, and more efficient analytical workflows.
- Train and support internal users so they can use dashboards and reporting tools effectively.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-informed decisions while keeping outputs aligned with business goals and compliance expectations.
Required background

- At least 1 year of SQL experience, including querying, transforming, and validating datasets.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the skill to interpret complex information and turn it into actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, along with familiarity with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, SAS, Cognos, Alteryx, or comparable platforms.
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy claims, PBM, or benefits data is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and document requirements thoroughly.
- A detail-focused approach with solid organization and time management skills.
Benefits and compensation
- Annual pay range of $59,000 to $94,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Retirement savings plan options.
- Paid time off and company holidays.

Application and hiring process
This role is managed through a partner hiring process. Applications are reviewed using an AI-supported matching approach that compares candidates against the role’s core requirements. The most suitable applicants are then shared with the employer for interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions handled by the employer’s internal team.
Data privacy and technology use
By applying, candidates agree that their personal data may be used to assess suitability and shared with the employer as part of the recruitment process, based on applicable data protection rules. Applicants may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to the handling of their data where permitted by law.
AI tools may be used to assist with parts of recruitment such as application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and spotting possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruiting team and do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
