About the Role
The Customer Support Representative will handle client queries promptly and professionally across email, live chat, phone, WhatsApp, and other service channels. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to start a career in financial services, fintech, or CFD brokerage support.
Key Responsibilities
- Reply to client questions in a professional manner and within the expected response timelines.
- Assist customers with account access, portal use, deposits, withdrawals, onboarding progress, basic platform support, and general service requests.
- Record, classify, update, and resolve support tickets correctly in the CRM or helpdesk system.
- Work according to approved SOPs, response scripts, templates, and escalation steps.
- Escalate complaints, payment concerns, trading-related questions, technical issues, and compliance-sensitive matters to senior colleagues or the appropriate team.
- Keep accurate notes of client conversations, internal updates, next steps, and final outcomes.
- Track pending cases and follow up to ensure clients stay informed until issues are resolved.
- Take part in training on CFDs, MT4/MT5, customer communication, complaint management, and support processes.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness in every interaction.
- Carry out additional support duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should be fresh graduates or have up to one year of experience in customer support, financial services, fintech, banking, brokerage, hospitality, or another client-facing environment. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or a related subject is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication, a careful and professional approach, the ability to follow procedures, and comfort handling multiple customer requests are important. Basic exposure to financial markets, trading, or fintech is helpful but not required. Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools is a plus, and Arabic language ability is also an advantage.
