Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Relations Manager who will nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The role centers on answering customer queries, handling service requests, and following up proactively to ensure satisfaction with customized furniture and interior projects. The manager will work with design, sales, and operations teams to address concerns, align expectations, and guide the customer through every stage of the journey. The position also includes managing communication channels, gathering customer feedback, spotting ways to improve the service experience, and preparing reports on customer patterns and service outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong connections with customers and respond professionally to questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Oversee customer communications and ensure service requests are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to close gaps, solve issues, and manage customer expectations.
- Follow up with customers regularly to support satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to identify opportunities for improving the overall experience.
- Prepare updates and reports on customer trends, recurring issues, and service performance.
- Contribute to customer retention activities and service-improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven ability in customer service and relationship management, with confidence handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional way.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including active listening and the ability to present information clearly.
- Good organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple accounts, tasks, and internal follow-ups.
- Ability to solve problems, handle conflict calmly, and document issues accurately with attention to detail.
- Comfort using remote-work tools, CRM platforms, and standard office applications such as email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Exposure to or interest in furniture, interiors, design, or a customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capability to work independently, manage time well, and stay customer-focused while working remotely.
