About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is a luxury hospitality destination set inside Doha’s historic former Ministry of Interior building. It combines heritage architecture with modern style to deliver a distinctive guest experience.
The property features seven separate dining concepts, 90 designed bedrooms, stylish event venues, and Ned’s Club, an exclusive members’ club with a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and a 30-metre outdoor pool.
Role Overview
The Culinary Coordinator supports the smooth running of the kitchen by handling the administrative and coordination tasks that help the culinary team operate efficiently. This role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and confident working with chefs and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational coordination for the Culinary team
- Organize schedules, paperwork, and communication across kitchen staff
- Support menu revisions, recipe records, and process standardization
- Assist with stock monitoring, purchase coordination, and supplier follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation related to hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Work with F&B, Purchasing, and other departments to keep operations aligned
- Help coordinate tastings, events, and other culinary projects
- Keep filing systems, reports, and department records up to date
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a comparable position within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong administrative ability and excellent organization with close attention to detail
- Solid understanding of kitchen processes and culinary terminology
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and reporting applications
- Collaborative attitude with effective communication skills
- Able to manage several tasks at once and stay effective in a busy environment
- Genuine interest in food, hospitality, and high operational standards
Compensation and Benefits
- Tax-free pay of QAR 48,000 per year
