Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position focused on collections management. The role centers on overseeing the collection cycle, keeping delinquency levels within target, and ensuring that all activities remain aligned with applicable legal and regulatory standards. It also includes payment tracking, customer issue resolution related to dues, performance review through collections metrics, and ongoing process improvement. The position requires close coordination with different teams to support broader business objectives.

Key Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of collections operations, delinquency control, and recovery planning.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and dispute-handling skills.
• Hands-on exposure to financial analysis and commonly used tools or systems.
• Familiarity with compliance expectations and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Capability to guide teams, shape collection approaches, and improve operational results.
• Sharp attention to detail along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is expected; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the financial services or NBFC environment is preferred.
