Role overview

Woolworths Group is seeking a Baker to join its Mundaring bakery team in Western Australia. This is a hands-on, early-morning role in a busy retail bakery environment where you will help produce high-quality baked goods and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Work schedule

Roster option 1: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

What the role involves

• Support the bakery operation by preparing and producing fresh baked products for customers each day.
• Work closely with an energetic team in a fast-moving environment.
• Help build the capability of the bakery team by sharing knowledge and supporting learning.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace while following correct food-handling practices.
• Contribute to excellent customer experiences through the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
• Assist in leading and supporting the bakery team with care and genuine interest.
• Bring a strong focus on personal growth, wellbeing, resilience, and professional development.
• Be ready for physical work that includes mixing, lifting, shaping, and other bakery tasks.

What you need

You must have a formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience.
