Role OverviewThis is an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager in B2B Sales based in North Delhi. The role is suited to a seasoned sales professional who can manage regional business growth, work closely with distributors and partners, and represent a premium brand across corporate and hospitality segments.CompensationThe position offers an annual salary in the range of 13 to 15 LPA, along with variable pay.Location and MobilityThis role is strictly for candidates who live in Delhi or nearby cities and can travel to work every day without relocation. The applicant should already understand the Delhi/North India market and be prepared for full travel requirements.Non-Negotiable RequirementsStrong working knowledge of CRM systems.Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Professional fluency in both English and Hindi.Readiness to travel extensively, up to 100% of the time.Experience and BackgroundBachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any other graduation stream.Between 5 and 8 years of end-to-end experience in B2B sales and business development.Hands-on exposure to B2B sales, HoReCa sales, FMCG or beverage sales, or corporate sales.Experience working with distributor networks and channel partners.Prior work in the Delhi and North India market.Understanding of HoReCa channel management.Exposure to FMCG or beverage industry sales.Experience in corporate and institutional sales.Background in gifting business development.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Comfort with CRM-based tracking and reporting.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Strong relationship-building and presentation capabilities.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe preferred applicant is a 5 to 8 year B2B sales professional from the tea, coffee, beverage, FMCG, or food service space, with strong links across HoReCa, corporate, wholesale, and distributor channels in Delhi and North India. Experience in growth-focused sales roles, key account handling, and premium brand representation will be especially valuable. Candidates with backgrounds in premium beverage labels, tea and coffee businesses, gourmet food brands, or institutional sales are likely to be a strong fit.Additional NotesThis is an urgent hiring requirement. Only candidates who are local to Delhi or nearby cities, can commute daily, and have direct exposure to the Delhi/North India market should apply. Relocation is not being considered.
