About the Internship

This on-site internship is based in Mumbai and centers on growing a sports and community-focused studio through creator partnerships, social media activity, and audience engagement. The role sits within The Sports Foundry (TSF), a venture under Rolex Metal Industries that creates experiences through sports, events, and community-led initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Contact choreographers, creators, and influencers to set up collaboration shoots at the studio.
• Support efforts to increase the studio’s visibility through creator-led content and social media reach.
• Monitor and actively manage WhatsApp communities.
• Post daily story updates, behind-the-scenes snippets, and short-form content.
• Assist with the coordination of shoots and creator interactions.
• Contribute ideas and support execution for sports and community events.
• Help with social media planning, trend tracking, and audience engagement initiatives.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 5 June 2026 and 10 July 2026, and stay for the full 3-month duration. Applicants must be based in Mumbai and should bring relevant skills, interest, and enthusiasm for the work.

Additional Requirements

• Current students enrolled in college or university.

• Good communication and networking abilities.
• Active Instagram user with awareness of current social media trends.
• Self-driven, practical, and execution-focused.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 8,000.
