About the internship

GrowthAide is looking for a remote content writing intern to support its business-focused communication across LinkedIn, blogs, email, and other digital channels. The company operates in CRM transformation, automation, AI-enabled analytics, GTM operations, and revenue intelligence, helping B2B businesses improve efficiency and scale through strategy-led execution.

What you will do

Write engaging posts, blogs, and other business content for GrowthAide.
Turn AI-generated rough drafts into polished, natural, and human-sounding copy.
Research topics related to CRM, AI, automation, and B2B business to build insightful content.
Perform keyword research and apply foundational SEO practices in blogs and website copy.
Improve content structure with SEO-friendly headings, metadata, internal links, and formatting.
Transform founder notes, voice inputs, and informal briefs into clear, organized writing.
Create captions, carousel copy, email copy, and content for different online platforms.
Rework long-form content into short-form formats for LinkedIn, X, Threads, and similar channels.
Use feedback to steadily improve content quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
Use AI tools carefully for research, outlining, editing, and drafting while keeping the output original.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, are available to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and can commit for 6 months. Applicants should bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Other requirements

You should be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for research, ideation, and content creation while still adding your own judgment and originality.
You must have strong written English and be able to produce clear, engaging, and well-organized business content.
A basic grasp of SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, and digital content creation is preferred.
You should be able to share writing samples such as blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, college work, freelance pieces, or personal writing.
Interest in AI, CRM, automation, business, and B2B marketing, along with the ability to research and simplify complex subjects, is important.
Attention to grammar, structure, clarity, and detail is essential.
You should be open to feedback and willing to revise your work to improve it.
Comfort with a fast-moving startup environment where responsibilities may change over time is needed.
People who keep up with industry trends, read quality business content, and actively improve their writing will be preferred.
Curiosity, ownership, coachability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Stipend and duration

The internship offers a stipend of INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month and runs for 6 months. The selected candidate is expected to start immediately.
