Role overviewThis position is focused on building and managing a portfolio of trade and high-value MSME clients, with an emphasis on working capital needs, trade finance, and broader banking solutions. The role also involves driving revenue growth through deeper customer engagement, expanding wallet share, and supporting end-to-end client servicing across the trade lifecycle.Key responsibilitiesSource and manage trade and high-value MSME customers requiring working capital support.Address customer needs related to pre-shipment and post-shipment financing.Oversee the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio handling, activation, and retention management.Grow trade income by increasing wallet share within both new and existing trade relationships.Bring in new trade clients as well as high-value liability customers.Support trade transactions and help ensure smooth straight-through processing.Promote treasury products such as forwards and options to trade customers where appropriate.Deliver cash management services to customers.Professional strengths neededSelf-motivated approach with a positive outlook.Ability to take ownership and complete tasks and projects within agreed timelines.Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative working style.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Compliance and controlCarry out customer and transaction due diligence to meet AML and regulatory expectations for trade transactions.Track and help reduce pending compliance items related to bills of entry and export bills.Additional informationThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
