The position is open to freshers and is intended to help strengthen customer satisfaction and client relationships through timely follow-up and structured issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer feedback each day and turn it into useful insights for service improvement.Keep the customer feedback cycle active so concerns are captured and addressed effectively.Record complaints accurately in the CRM and maintain consistency in documentation.Sort issues by category, urgency, and business impact.Escalate serious matters to senior management without delay.Adhere to the company’s standard escalation workflow and route matters through the leadership team as required.Work toward quick resolution of customer issues while preserving strong client relationships.EligibilityOnly candidates eligible to apply as per the employer’s criteria should submit an application.
