Role Overview

The company is hiring an entry-level Brazing Operator to work in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment. This position focuses on preparing and assembling cutting tool components for brazing with automated equipment, and it does not involve torch-based brazing.

Shift Details

This opening is for the second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers shift premium eligibility, 2 weeks of paid time off, and subsidized healthcare starting on day one.

Responsibilities

• Run automated brazing machines and related equipment in line with established work instructions.
• Set up and place cutting tool parts correctly for the brazing process.
• Keep an eye on machine performance during production to support proper bonding and product quality.
• Check completed parts with simple measuring tools to confirm accuracy and quality.
• Keep the work area tidy, safe, and well organized.
• Adhere to all safety standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior brazing experience is not needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong focus on detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic mechanical understanding and a willingness to learn new processes.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a team-based setting.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
