American Eagle is positioned as one of India’s preferred premium denim brands, Reebok has grown across channels since coming under the company’s management in 2022, and Simon Carter continues to build its premium menswear presence through distinctive design and curated collections.Role SummaryThe Area Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing store opening and renovation projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring that work is completed within target timelines and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage the timeline for store openings and renovations for COCO and COFO locations, using only registered vendors for WCD to HOTVM activities.Prepare work schedules, carry out regular site visits, and maintain ongoing coordination with stakeholders including VM, design, landlord, franchise, RBD, multiple vendors, and the operations team.Organize project steering meetings and circulate project updates and reports.Complete all required documentation, including site visit reports, checklists, and handover papers.Collect estimates from vendors, review and validate them, and forward them to the commercial team for purchase order creation.Work toward a project completion target of 39 days.Build and expand the vendor network according to forecasted requirements and immediate business needs.Add 2 new vendors as required in the area.Maintain consistent work quality across all stores.Ensure repairs and maintenance are executed properly and within the required timeframe.Plan and control the schedule for completion of each project.Resolve snags and close pending issues within the assigned deadlines.Additional InformationThis role includes responsibility for documentation, stakeholder management, vendor development, quality control, repair and maintenance oversight, timeline adherence, and snag resolution. The target timeline for project completion is 39 days.
