The role combines reception management, student counselling, lead follow-up, and admissions support. It requires someone who can balance administrative coordination with persuasive communication and a student-focused approach.What you will doManage front-desk operations and respond professionally to walk-in enquiries.Assess student needs and guide them toward the most suitable course or training option.Work closely with academic and operations teams to support smooth student onboarding.Reach out to prospective learners using inbound and outbound calls, with leads provided by the team.Explain course details, advantages, and outcomes through counselling conversations.Convert prospects into enrolments through strong follow-up and effective communication.Work toward monthly admission and conversion goals.Keep student information updated in CRM systems or Excel sheets.Share daily and weekly progress reports with management.RequirementsAt least 1 year of work experience is required.Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Good persuasion, sales, and counselling ability.Previous exposure to academic counselling, inside sales, or education services is an advantage.Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.Should be organised, self-driven, and comfortable working toward targets.Bachelor’s degree in any field, along with strong communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.A supportive workplace that encourages growth.Opportunities to build skills and develop professionally.Cell phone reimbursement.Performance bonuses.Job offer.Additional informationThe position is available immediately and the application deadline is 9 July 2026 at 23:59:59.
