Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Senior Manager level Web Operations Manager (SPM) to manage website operations across enterprise digital platforms. The role is based in Chandigarh, with possible work locations also mentioned as Mumbai and Pune. The shift may fall in any combination across APJ, EMEA, and US time zones.

What You Will Do

• Run end-to-end website operations, including content publishing, site updates, and quality checks across WordPress, AEM, and Contentful.
• Set up and maintain content governance, publishing workflows, and operating standards.
• Make sure site content stays accurate, compliant, SEO-ready, and current.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support new features and product enhancements.
• Promote strong frontend practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Own QA, testing, and release coordination for web changes.
• Drive website migration work such as CMS upgrades and replatforming projects.
• Handle content mapping, URL planning, and 301 redirect implementation.
• Protect SEO performance, site speed, and business continuity during migrations.
• Lead and coach web producers, content editors, and junior developers.
• Plan team capacity, assign workloads, and manage performance.
• Track traffic, engagement, conversions, Core Web Vitals, user experience, accessibility, and page performance.
• Partner with analytics teams to improve outcomes using data insights.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in web operations, digital platforms, or web project management.
• Practical experience with WordPress, AEM, or Contentful.
• Good command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web architecture.
• Background in managing Agile or Scrum-based web projects.
• Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page performance, and SEO basics.
• Experience leading enterprise website migrations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder handling, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Experience with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs).
