Role Overview

The company is looking for a Visa Counsellor to support clients through their visa journey. The role involves answering enquiries, clearly presenting visa and immigration services, guiding customers through the process, following up on leads, and helping with documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and provide timely assistance.
• Explain visa and immigration-related services in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Offer customer counselling and help prospects understand available options.
• Track and follow up with leads to move them forward in the process.
• Support customers with document collection and related paperwork.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to any graduate. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply, provided they have strong English communication skills.
