This opportunity is for a virtual project manager in Ireland, working on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and the rest of the hiring process. In this position, you will take the lead on an established online learning platform and help transform it into a more scalable and impactful education ecosystem.

The work combines project leadership, product thinking, and business growth. You will help shape learning programs that guide students through real business creation and expansion, while also improving operations, coordinating distributed teams, and supporting measurable learner and business outcomes. The environment is fully remote and highly autonomous, with close collaboration across instructors, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

Key accountabilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the virtual academy platform, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and the learning experience continues to improve.
• Create and grow training programs that help technicians and entrepreneurs launch and expand businesses across multiple home service sectors.
• Organize, guide, and support a remote network of instructors, mentors, and operational team members so the academy delivers strong learning outcomes.
• Improve enrollment, learner engagement, retention, and business results through structured program enhancements and targeted initiatives.
• Develop repeatable systems, workflows, and operating processes that can support expansion into additional markets and geographies.
• Track KPIs, interpret performance trends, and apply data-driven improvements that align with strategic goals.
• Ensure the academy’s execution stays aligned with the wider business vision while maintaining efficient delivery of programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in project management or product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning settings.
• Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale distributed teams.
• An entrepreneurial approach, with prior exposure to or strong interest in building digital products or business education programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, especially in fast-moving environments.
• The ability to create structured processes, juggle multiple priorities, and drive work from idea through delivery.
• Helpful bonus experience: trade industries, vocational training, or business education tied to real-world operational businesses.
