Role overview

An experienced freelance videographer is needed for the electronica trade fair in Munich in November 2026. The assignment focuses on professional on-site filming and technical delivery so that high-quality content can feed directly into live communication and internal customer communication. The role will support the in-house team where needed, while keeping the primary customer contact with the internal organization.

Duration: 3 to 4 days during the electronica trade fair from 10/11/26 to 13/11/26

What you will do

• Capture trade fair highlights, interviews, and live moments on camera.
• Handle technical production on site, including camera setup, audio, and lighting in an event environment.
• Work closely with the live communication team on timing and storytelling.
• Deliver footage promptly to the back office so it can be used quickly for social and communication needs.
• Maintain a dependable, well-run technical workflow throughout the event days.

What is required

• Several years of hands-on experience in a trade fair, event, or live communication setting.
• Strong command of German and English.
• Solid technical knowledge of camera operation, audio, lighting, and mobile production setups.
• Prior experience collaborating with communication, social media, or marketing teams.
• Independent and reliable working style, especially in live conditions.
