Overview

ZEBU Share and Wealth Managements Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Video Editor for its Marketing Team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time on-site role offers a salary in the range of ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA and is suited to professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

What you will do

• Turn raw recordings into polished final edits by shaping footage from initial cuts to completed videos.
• Strengthen visual communication by adding infographics, motion elements, and other supporting graphics.
• Insert precise subtitles and captions to make content easier to follow and more accessible.
• Choose and layer suitable background music and sound effects for both short-form and long-form videos.
• Edit content for social media, YouTube, marketing initiatives, and internal communication needs.
• Make sure every output follows brand standards, quality expectations, and the overall goal of the assignment.
• Work with content creators, designers, and marketing teammates to produce engaging final assets.
• Handle several editing assignments at once while still delivering on schedule and maintaining quality.
• Keep video files, project assets, and media libraries organized and easy to access.
• Keep up with current editing approaches, tools, and industry trends.

Skills and requirements

• Hands-on expertise in video editing and post-production workflows.
• Strong creative sense and the ability to shape a compelling visual narrative.
• Careful eye for detail and consistency in output quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in deadline-driven conditions.
• Good understanding of social media content styles and what helps drive audience engagement.
• At least 1 year of experience in video editing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates editing ability and creative execution.
• Basic familiarity with color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Eligibility

Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of video editing experience and a portfolio of relevant work can apply. This role is best suited to applicants who are comfortable using professional editing tools and can handle both independent work and team collaboration.

Compensation

The offered annual compensation is ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA.
