Training Program Manager

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a training, onboarding, and learning & development evaluator. The work centers on reviewing AI-created materials and judging their quality against role-specific standards.

What you'll do

• Assess AI-generated work products using specialized quality rubrics to verify correctness and depth.
• Spot issues related to facts, visual polish, and overall presentation in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Write feedback that is specific, organized, and actionable so the output can be improved.
• Use strong domain knowledge to score and review submissions accurately.

Required profile

• Solid background in training, onboarding, or learning and development is required.
• English fluency at a native or professional level is needed.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected, with particular emphasis on Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.

Working arrangement

This is a contract role based in the United States and performed remotely. The expected workload is 10 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Pay is set at $80 to $120 per hour.
