Role overview

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Team Member to join the Corporate Field Operations team in Warner Robins, GA. The goal of this role is to help keep the brand top-of-mind for guests by delivering quick, bold food and consistently strong service. In this position, you will support franchisees, coworkers, and guests while helping create a restaurant experience that reflects the company’s service standards.

What you will do

• Support sales and profitability by helping create positive guest experiences.
• Pass guest concerns, suggestions, or service issues along to the General Manager when needed.
• Pay attention to guest needs and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Learn and qualify in several restaurant roles through cross-training and certification.
• Follow company rules, procedures, and service standards to support guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and enjoyable for both guests and team members.

What the company is looking for

• Prior experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
• Comfort with basic math is needed.
• You should be able to work a flexible schedule and extended shifts.
• A fast-moving environment requires strong energy and pace.
• A commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and bold growth is important.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Food safety certification is preferred.
