What you will do

• Review online lessons, assessments, and student submissions to identify strengths and improvement areas, then share practical feedback that strengthens teaching practice.
• Drive coaching and professional learning programs that help teachers sharpen their approach and align with a demanding instructional standard.
• Work with Heads of Department to improve curriculum planning, schemes of work, and the onboarding experience for new teachers.
• Analyze student performance data to spot learning gaps, design interventions, and support personalised teaching that improves outcomes for different learner groups.
• Share effective teaching methods across campuses and teams so academic delivery stays consistent and keeps improving.

What you need

• A background in teaching with a strong record of classroom effectiveness and a solid grasp of strong pedagogy.
• Experience guiding and developing educators, whether through coaching, mentoring, instructional leadership, or quality assurance.
• The ability to work with student data, interpret trends, and turn findings into concrete classroom actions.
• Confidence working in online or blended learning settings and using digital tools to support teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and encourage teachers in different contexts.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills, especially when working across departments and international groups.
• A genuine focus on student success and a commitment to inclusive, high-expectation learning environments.
