The company serves large enterprise brands and is growing quickly with a focus on innovation, strong customer outcomes, and improving event operations through its software platform.

The role is remote within the United States, but the working schedule is fixed at 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST. Travel may reach up to 20% on average, typically in trips of 5 to 7 consecutive days. Travel is primarily onsite at client events and may include weekends, post-conference sessions, or other client-requested meetings.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will own project execution and help create value for clients by coordinating implementation work, removing blockers, and keeping initiatives on track from planning through delivery and review.

  • Work with clients to align on major milestones and delivery checkpoints.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and priorities while coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Support pre-sales planning alongside client account teams.
  • Identify the right people and resources across client and company teams.
  • Record project activity, progress, and status updates.
  • Prepare and share weekly formal status updates with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with steering groups and executive-level committees when needed.
  • Run workshops with clients, solution consultants, and architects to define configuration needs and action items.
  • Collect feedback from clients and team members to help set priorities.
  • Coordinate post-event reviews between the client and the account team.
  • Escalate decisions and issues promptly so obstacles can be removed.
  • Support change management for first-year event clients.
  • Make sure clients and partners receive the training needed to adopt new processes and technology effectively.
  • Spot changes in client team roles or responsibilities and raise resource issues when necessary.
  • Control scope, expectations, and delivery priorities during implementation.
  • Ensure all project documents and artifacts are properly captured and maintained.
  • Monitor project financial performance against targets.
  • Prepare and present change orders for work that falls outside the original scope.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring at least 4 years of project management experience, including software implementation, schedule management, cost tracking, and risk control. The role calls for strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a disciplined approach to organization, analysis, and follow-up.

Candidates should be comfortable using project management tools for complex initiatives and should have working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet. The ideal person is highly self-driven, owns outcomes, researches new solutions with curiosity, and has a strong interest in technology and improving event experiences. Prior consulting or client-facing experience is important, as is the ability to design large, complex solutions while keeping attention on detail. Strong documentation skills are required, and candidates must be able to work the specified PST schedule.

Preferred Background

Experience in the events industry and PMP certification are considered advantages. The company also values candidates who are solution-oriented, positive, patient, persistent, proactive, comfortable pushing client conversations forward, able to turn ambiguous ideas into concrete deliverables, and skilled at balancing multiple deadlines. A strong, organized, team-oriented leader with initiative and self-motivation is especially well suited for this role.

Travel and Location

This role may be performed from anywhere in the United States, though it is associated with Lehi, Utah. Travel is up to 20% and may include on-site work at client events, weekends, and post-event or client-driven meetings.
