Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and review project data to support planning and execution.
  • Help organize, coordinate, and monitor current and upcoming projects.
  • Follow project timelines and check that milestones and outputs are delivered as scheduled.
  • Build and maintain project records, status reports, and dashboard updates.
  • Liaise with teams across Operations, Compliance, IT, and Marketing.
  • Share progress updates with management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing team with project-related announcements, inputs, and updates for campaigns.
  • Spot risks, issues, and delays, and escalate them when needed.
  • Make sure work stays aligned with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Project Management certification is considered an advantage.
  • Training related to AML/CFT or compliance is a plus.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or operations is required.
  • Prior experience in FinTech or Financial Services is mandatory.
  • Experience handling multiple projects and coordinating across departments is needed.

  • Good understanding of FinTech and financial services environments.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools.
