Role overview
This position is responsible for leading the operational execution of CarePath’s partner campaigns. You will act as the central coordinator across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners to make sure launches are prepared properly, run smoothly, and improve over time. The role focuses on planning, launch coordination, governance, reporting, and ongoing optimization of customer journey campaigns.
You will be expected to create the operating structure that supports increasingly advanced partner programs, including project plans, recurring rhythms, performance visibility, and scalable processes. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining program management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
About the company
CarePath is developing the systems that connect veterinary clinics, pet owners, and industry partners through point-of-sale integrations and data-driven engagement. Its platform works with 26+ Practice Management Information Systems (PIMS) to support thousands of veterinary clinics, improve client experiences, and help partners generate measurable results across the pet care ecosystem.
The company is in a growth phase, expanding a new product line, increasing clinic adoption, and building the technology and operating model needed for the next stage of scale. It is looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems, working across functions, and building solutions that have a direct effect on veterinary practices and pet owners.
What you will do
- Build and manage detailed campaign plans, track milestones and dependencies, and keep deliverables moving on schedule.
- Own launch readiness by maintaining checklists, organizing cross-functional testing, and securing QA approval before go-live.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner teams to clear roadblocks and support successful execution.
- Set and maintain campaign governance, including suppression logic, audience controls, and operating standards across multiple live journeys.
- Create recurring reporting that shows campaign health using metrics such as sends, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and related engagement data.
- Share performance updates, insights, and recommendations with company leaders and strategic partners to guide future marketing decisions.
- Spot opportunities to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through data-based decisions.
- Develop documentation, repeatable processes, and operating cadences that can support future launches and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Keep cross-functional teams accountable and maintain momentum toward launch dates and business goals.
What we are looking for
We need someone with at least 4 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role within SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technology-focused environment. Experience with veterinary technology, healthcare technology, Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS), or customer engagement platforms is preferred.
The right candidate should bring strong project management skills, comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines, and the ability to build better operational processes. You should also have a strong analytical approach, be comfortable interpreting campaign performance data, and know how to turn insights into action. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing presentation skills are important, along with the ability to influence without direct authority. Strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management are also essential.

- Medical coverage for employees and dependents, with 80% to 90% of the cost paid by the employer
