Role overview
The Arnott’s Group is seeking a senior Program Director in Sydney to spearhead a major capital investment and manufacturing transformation program. This is a high-impact leadership role with regular travel to Indonesia and responsibility for shaping delivery across capital works, governance, planning, and readiness so the business can realise the expected investment outcomes.
As part of a company that manufactures and sells more than 300 million products annually across 40+ countries, you will contribute to strengthening the supply chain and supporting the next phase of the manufacturing network’s long-term growth.
What you will own
You will be accountable for leading the program from end to end, ensuring the work stays structured, well-governed, and aligned across teams. The role combines strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and operational impact.
Key focus areas
- Direct the integrated program plan and keep the overall delivery roadmap aligned.
- Set up and maintain governance structures that support sound decision-making.
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across the program.
- Coordinate capital delivery, business readiness, and operational execution.
- Work closely with leaders across operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance, and commercial teams.
- Bring clarity and momentum to complex work streams spanning multiple stakeholder groups and levels of seniority.
Experience and capabilities sought
The preferred candidate will have led large-scale capital works, manufacturing transformation, or network investment initiatives in asset-intensive environments. You should be comfortable working with executive sponsors, steering committees, and on-the-ground site teams alike, while keeping focus on business outcomes.
Additional strengths
- Demonstrated leadership of major capital, infrastructure, manufacturing, or supply chain transformation programs.
- Strong commercial judgement, especially when balancing investment risk, delivery pace, interdependencies, and priorities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, and commercial functions.
- A hands-on, delivery-oriented approach when navigating ambiguity and change.

This position offers the chance to join a business known for iconic brands, a strong market footprint, and a commitment to growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role comes with significant visibility and influence, and it gives the right leader an opportunity to shape work that has a direct impact on the company’s future.
