Role Overview

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate a rehabilitation program within its behavioral health setting in Fallbrook, California. This role is focused on supporting recovery-oriented care and helping individuals build the skills needed for long-term success.

Primary Duties

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation program, making sure operational policies and procedures are followed, and ensuring that required reports are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy the educational standards required by regulation.
• A bachelor’s degree and/or active licensure as a nurse or clinician is required.
• At least 2 years of experience or training in a mental health environment is required, and at least 1 of those years must include program development experience or training for individuals with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
• Working knowledge of DSM-5, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery-based care principles is essential.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory rules and compliance expectations is required.

Campus Information

The position is based at Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Northern San Diego County, located in Fallbrook, known as the “Avocado Capital of the World.” The campus supports reintegration through classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.

Compensation

The posted base pay range is $72,800 to $83,200 USD per year. The final offer will depend on factors such as skills, experience, licensure, and the acuity of the program.
