Process Executive - Risk Management & Position Reporting

Role overview

This position is based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and sits within Bunge’s Global Business Services organization. The role is centered on leading analytics, automation, and GenAI products from idea to delivery, with a strong emphasis on execution, measurable outcomes, and business value.

The role is not a coordination-only or PMO-style position. It requires hands-on ownership across discovery, design, development, deployment, adoption, and value realization for data- and AI-enabled products that support captive operations and enterprise functions.

Reporting structure and team scope

The role reports to the BBS Analytics Lead. It has 2–4 direct reports, typically analysts or junior product managers, and 5–10 indirect resources such as data engineers, analytics engineers, automation developers, and BI developers. Delivery happens through matrix-based, agile, product-aligned squads, with extensive collaboration across Finance, Controls, Sustainability, Operations, Trade, HR, Customer Service, FP&A, and other GBS practice areas.

Key responsibilities

The selected professional will own product strategy and execution for analytics, automation, and GenAI initiatives across GBS. They will shape ambiguous business challenges into clear product direction, build roadmaps and backlogs, and guide products through development and rollout.

This role also involves close partnership with senior stakeholders across Finance & Accounting, Internal Controls & SOX, Sustainability & ESG, International Trade & Operations, HR, Trade & Customer Service, FP&A, and related GBS functions. The person in this role will work directly with data engineering, BI, automation, and AI teams to ensure strong delivery quality and practical business outcomes.

Another major part of the job is driving user adoption, change management, and sustained value capture after deployment. The role requires defining measurable success indicators, tracking value creation such as efficiency gains, risk reduction, FTE optimization, and insights, and making sure products remain scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise data and AI standards.

The incumbent will act as the single point of accountability for assigned products and outcomes.

Skills and working style

This role calls for a strong product ownership mindset with a clear focus on execution and results. The person should be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, managing ambiguity, solving problems in a structured way, and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.

Strong communication and storytelling ability is important for working with both business and technical audiences. The job also requires familiarity with analytics products, automation solutions, AI and GenAI capabilities, product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and value hypotheses. Experience in agile and product-based delivery environments is also important.

Domain exposure in one or more of the following areas is valuable: Agri-Business, Finance & Accounting, Internal Controls/SOX, Sustainability/ESG, International Trade, or Business Operations.

Education and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline is required. An MBA, CA, or another advanced qualification is preferred.

The role needs at least 5 years of overall experience, with substantial hands-on experience in product ownership. A proven record of building and scaling data, analytics, automation, or AI products in enterprise environments is expected. Prior experience in GBS, shared services, or captive organizations is strongly preferred.
