Performance Marketer

About the Role

DT7 Agency partners with businesses to accelerate growth using performance-led digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, and creative campaign strategies. The team works across several industries with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

They are hiring a Performance Marketer who enjoys working with data, improving campaign results, and scaling brands through online advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and improve paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Handle client ad budgets and work to meet agreed performance goals.
• Drive quality leads, sales, and conversions while keeping CPL and CPA efficient.
• Research audiences, competitors, and keywords to uncover new growth paths.
• Develop, experiment with, and refine ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting approaches.
• Track campaign performance every day and make decisions based on data.
• Configure and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics setups.
• Share weekly and monthly campaign reports with clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with creative, content, and account teams to support campaign success.
• Keep pace with industry trends, platform changes, and current best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or local business campaigns will be preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.
• Comfortable managing several client accounts at the same time.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Agency background will be considered an advantage.
