Job Summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for a 12-month fixed-term contract position in Carrigaline, County Cork, Ireland. The role reports to the Lead, PTH Work Center and operates on a full-time, onsite schedule.

Specific Responsibilities

• Operate assembly equipment to execute assigned tasks.
• Prepare components for manual assembly processes.
• Manage and operate PCB cleaning and baking equipment.
• Utilize torque tools for the assembly of specific fasteners.
• Perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware according to formal procedures, process guidelines, assembly drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle typical components including printed circuit cards and electronic parts.
• Apply adhesives and conformal coatings as required.
• Engage in prototype assembly work under engineering supervision.
• Set up equipment and conduct process-related measurements as needed.
• Execute specified operator machine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and rework PCBs and components based on established criteria.
• Use specified safety equipment during maintenance activities.
• Complete all required production-related documentation accurately.
• Transact Work Orders using the company's ERP system.
• Adhere strictly to all requirements concerning personal tool maintenance, anti-static precautions, safety protocols, and general housekeeping.

Preferable Qualifications & Skills

• Familiarity with IPC-7711/IPC-7721 standards and IPC J-Standard, including their practical application.
