Role Overview

This position supports the Chronic and Acute divisions by driving financial planning, performance tracking, and business analysis for the Lupin India business. The role is centered on P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and decision support for new products and division-level planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chronic and Acute divisions to oversee and manage their business P&L.
• Build annual budgets for the IRF divisions and refresh quarterly forecasts.
• Develop medium-term plans for the Chronic and Acute divisions within the India business.
• Monitor and manage sales promotion expenses along with other divisional support costs.
• Create business cases for new products and track their actual performance against expectations.
• Design clear dashboards that highlight sales trends and margin performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Distribution, and Business Development.

Experience

The role calls for 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Education

A postgraduate qualification in Chartered Accountancy is required.
