Compensation

Responsibilities

• Run production and packaging machines in an efficient manner.
• Keep an eye on machine performance while manufacturing is in progress.
• Check that equipment is properly set up and operating correctly before production begins.
• Support the team in meeting daily output targets.
• Work with the production and quality control teams during the manufacturing process.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully and correctly.
• Report machine faults or breakdowns without delay.
• Keep machines clean and perform basic day-to-day upkeep.
• Follow all safety rules and operating instructions.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure products are handled properly during every stage of operation.
• Work in line with company SOPs and production guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in machine operation or a manufacturing role is preferred.
• Should have a basic understanding of production machinery.
• Must be able to work in a busy, fast-moving production setting.
• Needs to be physically fit and ready to work on the shop floor.
• Prior exposure to food manufacturing or FMCG operations is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting is preferred.

Work schedule

The working days are Monday through Saturday, with Sundays as the weekly off. Working hours will follow the production schedule.
