Machine Operator

Role Overview

Napco National is hiring a Machine Operator to support cutting-line operations in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, keeping the line running smoothly, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards.

Key Duties

• Work closely with the Quality Inspector to help ensure finished products meet the required specifications.
• Keep the assigned line clean throughout the shift and complete end-of-month cleaning activities.
• Prepare the daily production report and hand it over to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly and carry out size adjustments when needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing raw materials properly between the production line and the raw material warehouse.
• Report any machine-related issue promptly to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensure finished-goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are kept in their designated locations.
• Follow all safety and environmental instructions and take part in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and relevant activities related to the development, planning, implementation, performance review, and improvement actions of the OH&S management system.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Flexible Packaging and Cutting Technology is required. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of practical experience in the cutting field.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong understanding of cutting operations.
• Good knowledge of the printing process.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions, including hot weather.
• Able to stay productive under pressure and in challenging work environments.
