Experience in low-code development is expected, ideally with one of the technologies used by ]init[. A strong understanding of problems, processes, and customer needs is important, as is an interest in building model-driven business applications. BPMN experience is preferred. You should also be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, and using German and English confidently for project coordination and client discussions.
What we offer
- 30 days of annual leave, flexible working hours, and the option to work from the EU abroad as part of the company’s focus on work-life balance.
- Flexible collaboration across Germany, with the choice of full-time or the part-time model that suits you best.
- Access to the ]init[ Academy and many training opportunities each year to support your learning and professional growth.
- Regular Learning Lunches and Nutshells that encourage cross-department exchange and shared learning.
- A subsidy for your public transport ticket, along with ongoing development of corporate mobility benefits for more sustainable urban commuting.
