Responsibilities

• Collect household waste and recycling from customers.
• Load vehicles engaged in municipal recycling and waste collection.
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrate consistent reliability and strong communication abilities.
• Show a willingness to be an integral part of a successful, hardworking team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage the physical demands of the role, including walking approximately 10 miles daily, lifting, pulling, and performing repetitive movements.
• Experience in the waste industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Stillage Vehicles, Kerbside Loaders, and RCVs is a plus.
