Junior Flavorist

Role overview

Sensient Technologies Corporation develops colors, flavors, cosmetics, and related specialty systems using a blend of science, creativity, and innovation. The company is seeking an energetic, imaginative, and self-directed Junior Flavorist to join its Creation Team. In this role, you will contribute to new flavor development, manage assigned work independently, and coordinate with teammates across the function and the India business unit.

This position is fully office-based in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you will do

• Develop flavors, carry out compounding work, and match flavor profiles for beverage, sweet, and savory applications.
• Build and apply a strong working knowledge of raw material options and flavor ingredients.
• Support plant and procurement activities as part of cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner closely with application teams to create solutions that satisfy customer requirements.
• Set priorities according to business value and customer impact.

What you should bring

• A professional, meticulous, and customer-oriented approach.
• Creation experience of 6 to 7 years.
• Solid understanding of raw materials.
• The ability to work to deadlines and deliver on time.
