Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer at an automotive manufacturing unit in Sriperumbudur. The role is focused on supporting shop-floor operations, supervising teams during shifts, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee shift operations, guide team members, and help maintain smooth day-to-day production flow. The role also involves monitoring hourly output, coordinating manpower, and supporting production planning activities.

Technical Expectations

Candidates should have working knowledge of CNC and VMC programming. A basic understanding of welding is required, along with the ability to contribute to production engineering tasks and shop-floor coordination.

This role requires strong leadership qualities, the ability to manage manpower effectively, and confidence in handling team performance during different shifts.

Perks and Compensation

The offer includes a salary revision of approximately 10% to 15% over the candidate’s current CTC.
