  • Support the preparation of investment memorandums and proposals

Skills and experience

  • Strong written and spoken communication, with a comfortable grasp of numbers

  • Highly analytical approach with careful attention to accuracy
  • Basic understanding of the real estate development lifecycle; knowledge of branded residential projects is an advantage
  • Curiosity and an interest in spotting trends, links, and patterns in data
  • Good planning and organisational ability, with the capacity to juggle several tasks at once
  • Ability to explain findings clearly and effectively

Personal attributes

  • Analytical thinker who wants to grow within a developing team
  • Organised, able to manage time well, and comfortable prioritising independently
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to high-quality work
  • Positive mindset and a sense of humour
  • Keen interest in global market trends and how brands and countries interact
  • Collaborative team player who is willing to help others and ask for support when needed
