The Team
The Inventory Management team exists to keep product flow organized and retail spaces running smoothly, helping create a polished merchandise selection and a seamless shopping experience.
The Opportunity
Aritzia Yorkdale is expanding, and the inventory function in Retail is growing along with it. This position offers the chance to help shape how merchandise is moved, organized, and presented so clients can enjoy an inspiring in-store experience. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, sending, and managing product while supporting smooth day-to-day store operations. The experience gained in this role can open doors to further growth in retail and beyond.
The Role
- Handle inbound and outbound merchandise movements accurately and efficiently, including transfers to and from distribution centres, other stores, and clients.
- Organize back-room inventory in a thoughtful way so product is distributed evenly and maintained at the right quantities.
- Maintain standards for merchandise presentation so items are placed correctly and stock levels remain appropriate.
- Support omnichannel service processes to help create a connected shopping experience across channels.
- Assist with broader store operations such as window setups, fitting room activities, supplies and equipment coordination, and technology-related support.

Compensation
The base hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $30.
