Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality prompts and reference answers centered on HTML and CSS topics to support AI training.
- Review and compare AI-generated responses, then rank them based on semantic correctness, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual accuracy.
- Check outputs for mistakes, weak reasoning, or unsafe guidance and confirm they hold up in realistic UI scenarios.
- Identify issues in semantic markup, layout systems such as Flexbox and Grid, responsive behavior, CSS architecture, specificity conflicts, and browser compatibility.
- Verify technical statements, produce clear explanations, and develop model solutions that reflect best practices.
Profile and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a closely related area, or equivalent hands-on experience, is expected.
- At least 4 years of professional experience building production user interfaces with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
- Advanced working knowledge of CSS layout techniques, including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design patterns, and component-based styling.
- Strong accessibility awareness, covering semantic structure, ARIA fundamentals, keyboard navigation, focus handling, and WCAG-aware implementation.
- Solid understanding of browser behavior such as the box model, stacking contexts, positioning, rendering quirks, and cross-browser testing practices.
- Experience with maintainable CSS approaches, including naming conventions like BEM, design tokens, variables, theming, and preventing specificity conflicts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Sass, PostCSS, Tailwind, CSS Modules, or styled systems is beneficial, though the core focus remains accurate HTML/CSS implementation.
- Minimum C1-level English proficiency in both writing and speaking, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly and follow detailed English instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough code reviews and uphold UI quality standards for accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
- Experience with AI data training, annotation, or assessment of AI-generated technical material will be considered a strong advantage.
- A careful, systematic mindset is important, along with the ability to spot subtle UI issues and judge reasoning quality in a structured way.
