Role Overview

GE HealthCare is seeking a Graphic Designer for its Advanced Imaging Solutions team to turn complex clinical and technical innovations into clear, persuasive visual communications. This position supports brand growth, customer engagement, and storytelling across imaging and digital healthcare solutions.

The role reports to the Head of Creative & Storytelling and covers a wide mix of product areas, including MR, CT, Ultrasound, Molecular Imaging, Women’s Health, X-Ray, Advanced Visualization, Procedural Guidance, and Cardiovascular Information Systems (CVIS).

The ideal candidate brings strong brand design expertise, presentation design capability, and the ability to produce high-quality creative across digital, print, event, and sales enablement channels. This role also calls for comfort using generative AI and automation tools to speed up production and improve scalability.

What You’ll Do

  • Create visual assets for campaigns, product launches, sales tools, infographics, digital ads, email, social media, events, executive communications, and presentation decks.
  • Build polished PowerPoint decks that use storytelling, typography, motion, layout, and messaging to make complex ideas easy to understand and memorable.
  • Tailor presentations for business, creative, clinical, and executive audiences.
  • Use strong hierarchy, concise copy, relevant visuals, consistent branding, charts, high-quality imagery, and purposeful animations to communicate key points effectively.
  • Shape slide-by-slide narratives that flow smoothly and maintain careful attention to spacing, alignment, and visual balance.
  • Turn clinical, technical, and business information into engaging visual stories that communicate customer value, workflow improvements, and patient outcomes.
  • Use AI-enabled creative and automation tools to improve speed, consistency, and production scale.
  • Keep all creative output aligned with global brand standards and campaign requirements.
  • Work closely with product marketing, clinical experts, content teams, and commercial partners to develop effective creative solutions.
  • Organize assets, support localization and version control, and create reusable templates and design systems that improve efficiency.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or B2B settings.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Advanced PowerPoint design skills, with strengths in storytelling, typography, layout, motion, hierarchy, and information design.
  • Experience producing both digital and print creative materials.
  • A portfolio that shows strategic thinking, strong execution, and excellent presentation design.
  • Hands-on use of AI-based tools to improve design speed, quality, and scale.
  • Preferred background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or technology branding.
  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to create infographics, data visualizations, scientific communication materials, and executive-level presentations.
  • Understanding of accessibility, user-centered design, and regulated industry standards is preferred.
  • Experience building presentation templates, design systems, and brand-consistent storytelling frameworks is preferred.

Additional Information

For U.S.-based positions, the annual pay range for this role is $108,000 to $162,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon.

This position may also qualify for performance-based incentive compensation, which can include cash bonus payments and/or long-term incentives.
