Role overview
This position sits within finance and combines commercial pricing support with core planning and analysis responsibilities. The role is based in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India and focuses on shaping profitable deals, strengthening forecasting discipline, and supporting business decisions through financial insight.
Deal pricing and commercial finance
- Work closely with sales, product, and legal stakeholders to build and price complex commercial proposals while staying within profitability goals and compliance expectations.
- Create pricing frameworks and scenario-based analyses to help guide negotiations and internal decisions.
- Assess deal financials, including revenue recognition, margin impact, and associated risks.
- Share pricing and discounting recommendations with senior leaders.
Financial planning and analysis
- Own or support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for designated business units.
- Review financial results, explain key variances, and turn analysis into practical actions that improve profitability.
- Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly management packs covering P&L review, KPI monitoring, and business commentary.
- Contribute to strategic projects by building financial models and business cases.
