Role overview

This position is responsible for managing maintenance-related activity for assigned customer accounts and/or a locally assigned team. The role includes preparing AMC and service proposals, coordinating work order execution, and serving as the primary contact for logged cases. It also involves internal and external coordination, helping improve team output through skill development, and supporting the growth and management of key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for maintenance service support.
• Prepare quotations and service proposals for maintenance requests.
• Plan manpower deployment for job execution and provide clear guidance on scope, timelines, locations, and other job details.
• Organize site visits before work begins.
• Track the progress of work orders assigned to team members.
• Handle sourcing and procurement for maintenance-related activities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers when placing maintenance orders.
• Manage site-related permits and ensure the required approvals are in place.
• Prepare monthly reporting.
• Update NetSuite daily with open and closed logs.
• Attend client meetings when needed.
• Support tender preparation and submission documents.
• Follow up on maintenance proposals and related actions.
• Contribute to department revenue generation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT is required at minimum.
• Strong project coordination ability is essential.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a security services company.
• Good working knowledge of the UAE market and environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and standard business software.
• Key account management capability is needed.

Additional information

The role also includes preparing AMC and service proposals, administering dedicated team members during work execution, and handling support for tenders and submittals. Continuous improvement of team productivity and skill development is an important part of the job. Experience specifically within security services is expected, along with familiarity with UAE operations.
