Role Overview

The Digital Media Associate will support Pacagen’s growth across organic and paid media, along with partnerships. The position also includes helping shape creative content for multiple channels and contributing to website updates and iterations. The company is looking for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and is energized by a fast-moving startup environment.

This role involves working closely with the co-founders, who previously built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands. It is suited to a person who is comfortable taking on broader responsibilities as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to generate fresh advertising concepts aligned with Pacagen’s marketing goals.
• Lead the creation of video content and ad assets for paid channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Handle large-scale influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor emerging trends and platform best practices for social video, then turn them into new creative directions.
• Edit, resize, and adapt video and static ad creatives for different platforms as needed.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders on creative requirements and production needs.
• Share and defend ideas for campaign direction and creative strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, paired with a strong record of performance.
• Working familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or a clear willingness to learn them quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistent history of producing high-quality work.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-driven mindset with a refusal to settle for average results.
