Delivery Driver

About the role

This position sits within NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland, a well-established supplier of vehicle parts, tools, and equipment for light vehicle mechanics and automotive enthusiasts. The business is part of the wider NAPA network, which spans more than 6,000 sites globally and is backed by around 100 years of industry knowledge. Across the UK and Ireland, the group operates over 260 locations and offers a broad product range from OEM manufacturers, OE-equivalent suppliers, and its own brands to support independent garages, motor factors, and car enthusiasts.

As a Delivery Driver, you will handle the movement of goods between branches on set routes, making sure deliveries and collections are completed on time. The role also includes checking orders before departure, loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering strong service to internal teams.

Key duties

• Prepare, pack, and load items into vans according to company guidelines.
• Carry out deliveries to internal customers along assigned routes.
• Stay in regular contact with the route dispatcher throughout the day.
• Unload products in line with customer or branch requirements.
• Check deliveries with customers to confirm the items meet their expectations.
• Collect proof of delivery and confirmation from each customer.

What you need to succeed

• Strong punctuality and reliable timekeeping.
• Adaptability and willingness to be flexible when required.
• A full UK driving licence.
