Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer

About the Role

ProArch is seeking a skilled Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is pivotal in extracting meaningful insights from data and presenting them to clients. You will utilize your proficiency in Power BI and data analysis methodologies to convert intricate datasets into easily understandable visualizations and reports. A key aspect of this position involves collaborating with stakeholders to grasp their analytical requirements and delivering solutions that facilitate informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and manage dynamic dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and Fabric workspaces.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide business strategies.
• Partner with various teams to collect requirements and implement data-centric solutions.
• Implement data quality assurance measures to guarantee accuracy and integrity.
• Support the presentation of findings and suggestions to stakeholders through compelling narratives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BI.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Demonstrate substantial experience in data analysis and visualization, with a primary emphasis on Power BI.
• Exhibit strong command of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Have prior experience with data modeling and ETL procedures.
• Showcase excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving acumen.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Maintain a proactive approach, focusing on ongoing development and learning.
