Woolworths Group is a large, purpose-led organisation with 200,000+ people and a shared mission to create better experiences for a better tomorrow. The business serves more than 24 million customers every week and encourages fresh thinking, inclusion, flexibility, and growth across the group.

The Greenhouse Collective is the in-house creative hub for designers, producers, and creative specialists within Woolworths Group. Role Summary

As a Content Creator, you will help shape the digital voice of major Australian brands by producing platform-led social content that drives engagement, strengthens community, and supports customer outcomes. This role combines hands-on production with strategic social thinking and requires someone who can move confidently between creativity, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Create short-form video content from end to end, including filming, editing, and production for formats such as Reels, TikTok, and Stories using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.
  • Operate comfortably both behind the camera and on camera, including directing talent or crew and presenting on screen when required.
  • Develop platform-first content ideas that align with campaign goals, and write effective captions, scripts, and on-screen copy that fit the brand voice.
  • Keep up with social trends, digital culture, and platform algorithms, and use that knowledge to inform content that performs well.
  • Review native analytics and use performance data to improve creative output and prepare updates for stakeholders.
  • Present and justify creative concepts clearly to senior leaders and marketing partners.
  • Manage social content calendars while remaining flexible enough to respond to cultural moments or changing business priorities.
  • Test emerging tools, technologies, platforms, and AI solutions to improve production speed and creative quality.

What You Need

  • At least 4–5+ years of experience creating social media content, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong video editing, filming, and design ability.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and online communities, especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Advanced practical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and customer insights and turn them into content that feels relevant and performs strongly.
  • Excellent organisation, resilience, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative communication style with confidence working across creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Media, Marketing, or Digital Arts is a plus, as is experience with retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing brands.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • Hybrid working is available, with 3 days in the office and flexibility to work from home on the remaining days.
  • Office locations include Surry Hills or Norwest.
  • The role offers exposure to a large, complex business with broad career opportunities.
  • Wellbeing support includes access to the Sonder app 24/7.
  • A progressive leave policy provides more time for personal priorities.
  • Team discounts are available across Woolworths Group brands, along with a rewards program that recognises purpose-driven work.

Culture and Inclusion

Woolworths Group promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The company aims to create a workplace where people can do their best work, feel that they belong, and grow to reach their full potential.

Additional Information

This role is described as a high-impact position that supports teams serving the wider community. The organisation emphasises flexibility, in-person collaboration, and remote working balance as part of its working model.
