Job Purpose
This role is focused on creating smooth, highly personalized guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. The Concierge supports guests with reservations, transport arrangements, special requests, and bespoke plans, while handling information about VVIP and other high-profile guests with strict confidentiality and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests in a polished, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Support guests with restaurant bookings, travel coordination, and local arrangements tailored to their needs.
- Organize airport pickups, limousine reservations, and other private transportation services.
- Book appointments, wellness experiences, and third-party services as required.
- Keep current knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s attractions, dining options, and events.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly, tactfully, and discreetly.
- Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security to deliver seamless service.
- Arrange courier handling, parcel movement, and guest deliveries.
- Help prepare VIP rooms and coordinate special occasion setups.
- Record guest preferences accurately and ensure appropriate service follow-up.
- Follow company service standards, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a Concierge or Guest Relations role within luxury hotels or premium hospitality.
- Prior exposure to VIP or high-profile guest handling is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Abu Dhabi’s city landscape, attractions, and lifestyle services.
- Well-presented with professional grooming and appearance.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and cultural awareness.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office and hotel property management systems.
