Role Summary

The Client Consultant plays an important role in the boutique’s success by ensuring an outstanding client experience before and after the sale. This position also contributes to product and brand visibility, delivers assigned work on time, and supports the team by showing leadership and helping develop other boutique associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in the boutique and take ownership of delivering a high-quality client experience throughout pre-sales and after-sales interactions.
• Support product and brand promotion by completing assigned tasks within deadlines and in line with business objectives.
• Show initiative, contribute positively to the team environment, and help strengthen the capabilities of fellow boutique associates.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A positive, proactive mindset.
